- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

Mix lukewarm milk with yeast and sugar, and set aside for 10 minutes until the yeast activates. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oil, salt, and yogurt.

Add the milk-yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes. Add extra flour (1/4 cup) if needed, until the dough is soft and smooth.

Coat the dough with oil, cover, and let it rest until it doubles in size. Divide the dough into two equal balls, and spread each in a greased round baking pan.

Make indentations on the dough with your fingers in a crisscross pattern. Brush the top with a mixture of egg, milk, and yogurt.

Sprinkle sesame and black seeds on top. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes before baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown on the bottom, then broil the top if needed.
