Ingredients

  • 1.5CupGluten free flour
  • 0.25CupTapioca flour
  • 1Grams (g) Fennel
  • 2Psc.Aniseed grains
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Roasted sesame
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
  • 3CupSugar
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Xanthan gum
  • 1PacketYeast
  • 1CupWarm water

Steps

    Place the flour, tapioca flour, fennel, aniseed, and toasted sesame seeds in the bowl of a stand mixer

    Add the black seeds, turmeric, sugar, oil, salt, xanthan gum and yeast

    We gradually add warm water and knead until we get a smooth, cohesive dough.

    We cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    We take a ball of dough and place it on the wooden mold.

    We press the dough with our hands until it fills the entire mold.

    We gently remove the dough from the mold.

    Bake in a preheated 200°C oven on the middle rack until browned on the edges and golden brown.
