  • 1Psc.Yolk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Grams (g) Butter

    Mix milk, cornstarch, flour, and sugar in a bowl (cold).

    Add egg yolk and vanilla; mix until smooth.

    Heat the mixture and stir until it thickens and boils.

    Add butter and stir until melted, then remove from heat.

    In a pan, melt sugar until caramelized, without stirring at first.

    Once it starts melting, stir until it turns caramel red.

    If the pudding thickens, reheat slightly before pouring.

    Pour the pudding over the caramel in the pan.

    Leave on heat for 5 minutes, gently shaking pan to let caramel spread.

    Once cooled, slice and roll the portions.
