    In a large bowl, combine 5 eggs, 5 cups of powdered milk, 5 containers of yogurt, and sugar to taste, then mix well with a whisk.

    Heat 700 ml of warm water in a large pot along with saffron, cardamom, ground anise, and rose water.

    Let the mixture simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Add the egg and milk mixture to the pot, stirring continuously until well combined.

    Sprinkle some saffron, anise seeds, and black seeds on top.

    Let the mixture cook over medium heat for 7 to 9 minutes until it thickens.
