Homemade burger

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chopped pickled cucumber
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1SlicesLettuce
- 1Psc.Burger Buns
- 1SlicesBurger cheese
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Ketchup
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mustard
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar
- 1Grams (g) Butter

Divide the ground beef into equal-sized balls.

Heat the pan very well, then add a piece of butter with a tablespoon of oil.

Place the beef balls in the pan, pressing them down into a patty shape.

Season with salt and black pepper while cooking, then flip when golden brown. Lower the heat slightly and let the patties cook through.

Make the Big Mac sauce: Mix two tablespoons of mayonnaise with one tablespoon each of ketchup and mustard.

Add finely chopped white onion and pickles.

Stir in one tablespoon of vinegar or pickle juice for extra flavor, then mix well.
