- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1CupHot Milk
- 0.25PinchSalt

Place a layer of tea biscuits in a serving tray.

Brush this layer lightly with milk.

Add a second biscuit layer and brush with milk.

In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, cornstarch, and sugar.

Mix well while cold.

Heat the mixture while stirring until it boils.

After boiling, add butter, cream, and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour the custard mixture over the biscuits and let it cool slightly.

For caramel: Heat sugar in a pan without stirring until it melts and browns.

Add the butter and stir until melted.

Carefully add the hot milk gradually to avoid bubbling.
