  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water
  • 2.5CupCoarse semolina
  • 1CupAlmonds

Steps

    We mix all the ingredients together and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

    We grease the baking tray with tahini, spread the mixture, cut it, and garnish it with almonds.

    We let the tray rest for an additional 30 minutes.

    We bake the namoura in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes on the middle rack.

    As soon as it is baked, we immediately pour the hot syrup over the namoura.
