Ingredients

  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Orange Zest
  • 1CupGluten free flour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 100Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

Steps

    We whisk the eggs with the sugar well until the texture becomes creamy and fluffy.

    We add the vanilla and orange zest to the mixture and stir gently.

    We sift the gluten-free flour

    We add the sifted gluten-free flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt

    Mix by hand (as shown in the video) without using an electric mixer.

    We gradually add the melted butter and mix by hand until the batter is fully combined.

    We cover the batter and place it in the fridge for 1 hour

    After chilling, we pour the batter into a Madeleine mold

    We bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes, or until the cakes turn light golden.
