Ingredients

  • 10Grams (g) Dry yeast
  • 60CupSugar
  • 2PinchSalt
  • 300CupCold Milk
  • 300Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dill
  • 1BunchParsley
  • 8ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1To TasteMozzarella

Steps

    Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and milk in a mixer for 2 minutes, then add salt and knead for another minute.

    Gradually add cold butter cubes while kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic, then let it rise until doubled in size.

    Prepare the filling by mixing yogurt with mashed garlic, chopped dill, parsley, and salt.

    Roll out the dough into a rectangle, then spread soft butter, the herb mixture, and shredded mozzarella over it.

    Roll the dough into a log, cut it into 3–4 cm slices, and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Cover and let the rolls rise for 20–30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 170°C until golden brown.
