Ingredients

  • 1PinchCardamom
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Whole Black Pepper
  • 1CupCoriander seeds
  • 1Psc.Bay Leaf
  • 1PinchStar Anise
  • 1PinchCumin seeds
  • 1PinchFenugreek
  • 1Psc.Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1PinchHot chilli powder

Steps

    Put cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, cilantro seeds, star anise, cumin seeds, fenugreek, and a cinnamon stick in a non-stick pan.

    Fire up the stove on medium-low and keep stirring until the spices are fragrant for about 2 minutes.

    Toss everything in the spice grinder and turn it on.

    Add paprika and the hot chili powder.

    Mix everything together.
