Ingredients

  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5CupBrown sugar
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
  • 1.25CupGluten free flour
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteGluten-free chocolate

Steps

    Mix butter with brown sugar thoroughly until creamy.

    Add egg and vanilla and mix until fully combined.

    Gradually add flour with a pinch of salt and baking soda or baking powder, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

    Spread half of the dough evenly into the foil cupcake molds.

    Place chocolate of choice in the center of each mold.

    Cover the chocolate with the remaining dough layer.

    Place the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180°C with a fan and bake for 12 minutes (10 minutes from the bottom heat).

    For browning the tops, bake an additional 2–4 minutes according to desired level of browning.

    Allow cupcakes to cool slightly before serving.
