Steps

    We place 150 g of ice, 85 g of white sugar, 15 g of instant coffee, and 150 ml of cold water into a food processor.

    We blend the ingredients, gradually adding water until the desired consistency is achieved.

    We serve the coffee mousse in glasses, either with milk and ice or on its own with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
