  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot pepper molasses
  • 1Psc.Lime Juice

Steps

    Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

    Boil the potatoes in hot water for 3 minutes only, then drain well.

    Deep fry the potato cubes until golden and crispy, then drain excess oil.

    In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil and add minced garlic, paprika, ground coriander, and hot pepper paste. Stir over low heat until fragrant.

    Turn off the heat, add the fried potatoes, and toss well to coat with the seasoning.

    Sprinkle salt, add the chopped fresh coriander, and squeeze plenty of fresh lemon juice on top.
