Ingredients

- 1.5CupRice Flour
- 0.25CupCorn flour
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Green food coloring
- 100Grams (g) Butter

Mix the butter, egg, powdered sugar, and vanilla using an electric mixer

Continue mixing until the mixture is creamy and crisp and doubles in size.

Add the rice flour and white corn flour to the mixture

Gently knead by hand until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into two portions: add green food coloring to one and leave the other plain

Wrap the dough and chill in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.

Shape the dough as desired, as shown in the video.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) from the bottom only for 8 minutes.
