Brownie Pudding
Ingredients

- 0.75Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder
- 0.5CupFlour
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 200Milliliters (mL)Melted butter

Place the 4 eggs in a bowl.

Add 2 large cups of sugar to the eggs.

Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

Add ¾ cup of cocoa powder and mix well.

Add ½ cup of flour and mix with the electric mixer.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Add 200 g of melted butter, making sure it is not too hot.

Mix all ingredients again with the electric mixer until fully combined.

Pour the batter into a butter-greased baking pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.

Place the brownie pan inside a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

After baking, remove a portion of the brownie using a spoon.

Serve the brownie with a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of pistachios.

Tips: To reduce the sweetness of the brownie, reduce the sugar to 1½ cups. For a creamy texture, serve the brownie while it is still warm. The amount of cocoa powder can be reduced to ½ cup if a lighter chocolate flavor is preferred.
