We start by adding a little hot water to the dates until they soften, then we dry them well.

We add the dates, nuts, peanut butter, and cocoa powder to the food processor and grind them until we obtain a cohesive dough.

We roll out the dough using any springform pan or by using parchment paper or silicone molds to make it easier to remove from the mold.

We melt the chocolate and add the tahini, stirring until we achieve a thick consistency for the tahini ganache.

We add a layer of tahini ganache on top of the first layer and place it in the refrigerator until it sets.
