Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes until it's al dente.

In a pot, add the olive oil and brown the minced meat on both sides until it turns brown.

Remove the meat from the pot and add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until they soften.

Add the blended tomatoes, paprika, and taco seasoning, and let it simmer for a bit.

Return the meat to the pot, add some of the pasta cooking water, cover, and let it cook on low heat until the meat is done

Add the pasta to the mixture and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.

Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta before serving, cover for a few minutes, then serve hot.
