Ingredients

  • 1PacketPomegranate

Steps

    Roast the eggplant over open flame.

    Place on foil-lined tray.

    Roast in oven until soft.

    We open the eggplant after baking, take out the pulp and drain the water.

    Chop the pulp well and put it in a bowl.
