  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1CupThick cream
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Pistachios

Steps

    Toast the bread slices in the oven until golden and crispy.

    Caramelize the sugar in a pot over medium heat until it turns golden.

    Carefully add the hot water to the caramelized sugar and stir until fully dissolved.

    Pour the caramel syrup over the toasted bread.

    Mash the bread with a fork (optional).

    In a pot, mix milk, starch, and sugar well while cold.

    Place on medium heat and stir continuously until it thickens.
