Steps

    Mix whipped cream, cold milk, custard powder, condensed milk, and vanilla until creamy.

    Pour into a tray lined with a freezer bag, level to 1–1.5 cm thickness, cover, and freeze overnight.

    Cut into small triangles, insert ice cream sticks, and freeze for another 2–3 hours.

    Melt chocolate with oil, then stir in crushed peanuts.

    Quickly dip ice cream pieces into chocolate, place on parchment paper, and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
