Ingredients

- 1CupYogurt
- 1PinchThyme
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Basil

نقوم بتقطيع البصل ووضعه في صينية، ثم نضع فوقه قطع الدجاج ونضيف عليه التوابل (الملح، الفلفل، الكزبرة، الكمون، الحبهان).

Add a large amount of sumac and olive oil

Stir the ingredients until well combined, then add more sumac and cover the tray with foil.

We insert the tray into the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.

In a bowl, add a can of yogurt, then add salt, pepper, sumac, garlic, thyme, basil, a teaspoon of vinegar, and olive oil, and stir well.

After the chicken is cooked, remove it from the tray and set it aside, then place the bread on the onions on both sides

Place a layer of onions on top of the bread and repeat this process (as shown in the video).
