  • 4Teaspoons (tsp)Cake spices
  • 0.5PinchSesame
  • 0.3PinchBlack Seeds
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Anise powder
  • 2Psc.Aniseed grains
  • 1.5Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
  • 4Cupwater

Steps

    We mix the yeast with warm water and sugar.

    We add the ingredients to the flour.

    Then we add a cup and a half of ghee and oil to the mixture, and we do not use butter.

    We mix all the ingredients and knead them together.

    We pour the yeast over it and cover it with parchment paper.

    We let it rest for an hour and a half.

    We shape it and let the discs rest for another half hour.

    We place them in the oven with both the top and bottom heat set to 200°C.
