Ingredients

  • 1CupHummus
  • 1CupYogurt
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Gluten free baking powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1PinchSesame

Steps

    Soak 1 cup of chickpeas overnight in water, then drain them well.

    Place the chickpeas in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Mix the ingredients well until you get a smooth, consistent mixture.

    Add the 2 eggs to the mixture and continue mixing until fully combined.

    Pour the batter into small greased molds, or one large mold if preferred.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds on top to enhance nutritional value.

    Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 20 minutes from the bottom.

    Then broil from the top for 3 minutes until golden brown.
