Cut each chicken wing into three parts, then wash them well with salt and lemon, and dry them using paper towels.

To prepare the marinade, mix the yogurt with garlic, lemon zest, red pepper paste, and tomato paste.

Add the spices: salt, black pepper, red pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, chicken seasoning, and ground coriander.

Add vinegar, olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon. You may also add honey if desired.

Mix the marinade well until fully combined.

Add the chicken wings to the marinade and rub them thoroughly to coat them completely.

Cover the bowl and let the wings marinate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight in the fridge.

After marinating, drain the wings slightly and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake the wings in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) with heat from both the top and bottom.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.

After baking, pour the juices that came out of the wings back over them.

Serve the wings with a grilled salad made of parsley, onion, sumac, and lemon juice.
