Steps

    We season the potatoes with salt and a pinch of spices, then fry the potatoes in an air fryer until they are half-cooked.

    We place all the ingredients (sausages, potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, and onions) in a baking tray, adding salt, spices, and olive oil.

    We cover the tray with parchment paper and aluminum foil, then place it in a preheated oven at high temperature for 45 minutes.

    We remove the tray from the oven, take off the parchment and aluminum foil, and then add pomegranate molasses on top of the ingredients.

    We return the tray to the oven for about 15 minutes until all the ingredients are fully cooked.
