  • 150CupEmmental Cheese
  • 150Grams (g) Gruyere Cheese
  • 150SlicesGouda Cheese
  • 2CupCorn flour
  • 1ClovesGarlic
  • 0.66Cupwater
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Apple vinegar
  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 1PinchNutmeg

Steps

    Add corn flour to the cheese mixture and mix well.

    Rub the inside of the fondue pot with a garlic clove.

    Add water to the pot.

    Add apple cider vinegar to the pot.

    When the water is hot, add one cup of the cheese mix.

    Gradually add the remaining cheese, stirring constantly.

    Squeeze the lemon juice into the pot.

    Add a pinch of nutmeg.

    Stir until the cheese melts completely.

    Transfer the melted cheese to a fondue pot.
