We cut the lamb into very thin slices, as shown in the video.

We heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

We place the lamb slices in the pan and season them with salt and black pepper.

We sear the lamb on both sides until it is cooked through, then remove it from the pan and continue cooking the rest of the meat the same way.

In the same pan, we add a bit of olive oil, then add two cans of sliced, washed mushrooms.

We season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper and sauté them until they turn golden.

After five minutes of sautéing the mushrooms, we add the cooked lamb slices back in.

In a separate cup, we mix half a cup of water with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and eight cloves of mashed garlic.

We pour the mixture over the lamb and mushrooms in the pan, cover it, and let it cook for five minutes.
