Ingredients

  • 4Cupwater
  • 3Psc.Green pepper
  • 2Psc.Green onion
  • 1PacketPomegranate
  • 1CupRaw Almonds
  • 4CupFeta cheese
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1CupTri-color Quinoa

Steps

    Wash the quinoa well.

    Boil the quinoa and water over medium heat until the kernels bloom (about 20 minutes)

    Let the quinoa cool completely after boiling.

    Cut the sweet green bell pepper and green onion into small pieces.

    Cut the almonds with their skins into small pieces as shown in the video

    In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, bell peppers, onion, pomegranate, and almonds.

    To prepare the dressing: Mix the feta cheese, olive oil, sumac, garlic powder and ½ cup of water until you get a homogeneous sauce.

    Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.

    Serve the salad immediately or keep it refrigerated until serving.
