Steps

    We mix 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, and 3 teaspoons of sugar.

    We cover the dough and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

    We heat a frying pan over medium heat.

    We pour about 3/4 cup of the dough into the pan.

    We flip the qatayef once the surface is dry.

    We place the pieces on a clean towel to cool down.

    We heat the oil and fry the pieces over high heat until they turn golden brown.
