  • 8Kilograms (kg)Chicken wings

  • 2Psc.Eggplant

  • 1Psc.lemon
  • 4Teaspoons (tsp)Hot paprika
  • 10ClovesGarlic

  • 1Psc.Flat bread

Steps

    Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Arrange onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplants on the baking sheet.

    Arrange chicken legs and wings over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add lemon juice and spread the pul biber on the chicken pieces.

    Place garlic cloves over the chicken.

    Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.

    Bake the chicken at the highest temperature from below only until it starts to change color.

    Prepare the garlic sauce by mashing 10 garlic cloves with a pinch of salt and covering with olive oil.

    Turn the oven heat on top as well and continue to bake until fully cooked.

    Add the garlic sauce to a piece of flatbread.

    Add the baked chicken and vegetables to the flatbread.

    Serve with a side salad and the garlic sauce.
