  • 200Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 4CupMilk
  • 0.75CupSemolina
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Rose water
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 2To TasteSyrup

Steps

    Arrange 6 layers of warbat dough per piece and brush with melted margarine.

    Prepare the Lebanon Nights mixture by heating milk over medium heat and adding semolina, sugar, and mastic, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Add blossom water and rose water, mix well, and remove from heat.

    Pour the mixture over the arranged dough pieces and let it cool completely.

    Decorate with cream, Halabi pistachios, and Mohammedan roses as desired.

    For the syrup: mix 3 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water, and 1 tbsp lemon juice, and let it boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
