Steps

    In a bowl, we place the eggs with the zest of two lemons, then add the juice of half a lemon.

    We sift the flour (wheat germ flour) and add it to the mixture, then we add the baking powder and sea salt, and mix well.

    We gradually add the melted butter and stir until we achieve the consistency shown in the video.

    We place the mold in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
