Ingredients

- 0.5CupSugar
- 0.5CupBrown sugar
- 2Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 3CupFlour
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1CupChocolate Chips
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa

We place 200 g butter in a bowl, add 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar, then beat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes creamy.

We add the 2 eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.

We sift the 3 cups of flour over the mixture, add the pinch of salt and baking powder, then gently mix by hand until a soft dough forms.

We divide the dough into two equal portions.

We add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the first portion and mix until evenly distributed.

We add 1 tbsp cocoa powder, the extra stick of butter, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the second portion, then mix until we get a smooth chocolate dough.

We shape both doughs into small or medium balls, place them spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, optionally filling some balls with chocolate chunks and placing extra pieces on top.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 15 minutes, then remove the cookies and let them cool in the open air until set.
