- 1.5Cupwater
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 2CupMilk
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch

Cut the kunafa into small pieces, add powdered sugar and melted ghee, and mix well until all strands are fully coated.

Grease a baking dish with ghee, add half the kunafa, and press firmly while slightly raising the edges to prevent the filling from burning.

Mash the roasted sweet potatoes, then add crushed peanuts, caramel sauce, and cinnamon, mixing until fully combined.

Spread the filling evenly over the bottom layer of kunafa.

Cover the filling with the remaining kunafa and gently press to level the surface.

Bake the kunafa in a preheated oven at 180°C on the lower rack for 30 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes to brown the top.

Pour warm syrup over the kunafa immediately after baking.
