  • 1Psc.Cooked potatoes
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
  • 0.5CupOlive oil
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Vinegar

Steps

    Add fine bulgur to a bowl. Add tomato paste, pepper paste, salt, cumin, and red pepper.

    Add boiling water.

    Stir and let it rest until the bulgur opens up.

    Transfer the mixture to a tray. Add mashed potato, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses.
