  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 0.3CupPomegranate molasses
  • 1PinchSesame
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Put a third of a cup of olive oil in a skillet

    Add one large, finely chopped onion and sauté until wilted.

    Add 2 tablespoons of capsicum paste or capsicum molasses and stir well.

    Add 1/3 cup of pomegranate molasses and 1/3 cup of water and mix

    Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon nigella, and a pinch of salt.

    We put the mixture for two minutes on the fire until it is homogenized.
