- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 1CupPakistani vermicelli
- 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk

We place the semolina, sugar, coconut, powdered milk, and baking powder in a bowl.

We mix the dry ingredients well until combined.

We add the oil, water, and cream to the dry mixture.

We mix well until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.

We grease the Pyrex dish with tahini or oil

We pour the batter into the Pyrex dish evenly.

We distribute the Pakistani vermicelli on top of the batter, either broken or whole, as preferred.

We place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until fully baked and lightly golden at the edges.

After removing it from the oven, we drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the dessert (half a can or a full can depending on desired sweetness).

We let the dessert rest for a few minutes to absorb the milk and develop flavor.
