  • 1CupWhite sesame

Steps

    Cut the feta cheese into large squares.

    Take a sheet of phyllo dough, fold it in half, and place the cheese in the center.

    Brush the edges of the dough with melted butter and fold to seal it.

    Arrange the wrapped cheese on a baking tray and brush the tops with more melted butter

    Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.

    Bake in the oven at 200-220°C for 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven) until the dough turns golden.
