Steps

    We drain the fava beans and rinse them well.

    Heat the fava beans in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    Boil water using an electric kettle.

    We add the hot water to the fava beans and leave it to heat up.

    Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

    Peel the garlic using a food processor.

    Add the garlic to the yogurt sauce and blend using a hand blender until smooth.

    Add the hot fava beans to the yogurt and tahini sauce and mix well.

    Chop the tomato, parsley and hot chili into small pieces.

    We garnish the dish with tomatoes, parsley, and green chili peppers.
