We drain the fava beans and rinse them well.

Heat the fava beans in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Boil water using an electric kettle.

We add the hot water to the fava beans and leave it to heat up.

Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
