- 1CupPomegranate molasses

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Sumac

In a large bowl, place 1 kg flour, 1 tablespoon yeast, 3 tablespoons powdered milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ tablespoon salt, and ¼ cup olive oil.

Gradually add 2 cups of warm water while kneading until a cohesive dough forms.

Continue kneading for 5 minutes to get a smooth and elastic dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Mix the spinach with the onions, all spices, olive oil, and lemon juice thoroughly.

Place the mixture in a strainer to remove any excess liquid before stuffing.

Divide the dough after rising into equal-sized balls.

Roll out each ball and place a portion of the filling in the center.

Grease a baking tray lightly with oil and arrange the pastries on it.

Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C, baking first from the bottom until they get color, then switch the heat to the top to finish baking.
