Steps

    Cut the bread thick or use brioche.

    Mix vanilla, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and a cup of milk and whisk the ingredients.

    Make sure the cinnamon dissolves well while whisking.

    Add butter to a pan over low heat.

    Dip the bread in the egg-milk mixture and let it soak.

    Cook the bread in the pan until golden on both sides.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Place the bread in the oven to finish cooking and crisp up.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on the serving plate.
