French Toast

- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 100Grams (g) Unsalted butter
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
- 4CupHoney
- 2CupPeanut butter

Trim the crusts off the toast slices.

Spread peanut butter evenly over 6 slices of toast.

Top each peanut butter-covered slice with another slice to form 3 sandwiches.

Cut each sandwich in half to make 6 pieces.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Heat a pan over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.

Dip each toast sandwich into the egg mixture until fully coated, then place it in the hot pan.
