Ingredients

  • 2PacketCream caramel
  • 1CupThick cream
  • 1PacketChantilly cream
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1PacketCaramel

Steps

    We place the milk in a pot while cold.

    We add the crème caramel powder, the cream, and the whipped cream powder. We may also add 2 tablespoons of sugar if we prefer it sweeter

    We stir the ingredients well while still cold until everything is dissolved and well mixed.

    We place the pot over medium heat and keep stirring until the mixture begins to boil.

    Once it starts boiling, we turn off the heat immediately.

    We pour a layer of ready-made caramel into serving cups or molds, then pour the hot crème caramel mixture on top.

    We refrigerate the cups for at least 3 hours, or ideally overnight, until completely set.

    We serve the crème caramel chilled.
