Chicken Nuggets

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 2Psc.Potato
- 1CupOil
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1CupMilk
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 1CupFine breadcrumbs

We place the chicken breast cubes in the food processor.

We add the spices, salt and cornstarch, then process until the mixture becomes a soft dough.

We spread the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap, keeping it slightly thick.

We place the dough in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.

We cut the potatoes into cubes using the crinkle knife

We pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.

We place the potatoes in the air fryer at 200°C, spraying them lightly with oil.

We remove the chicken dough from the fridge and cut it into shapes using cookie cutters.

We whisk the egg with the milk and a pinch of black pepper.

We dip the nugget pieces in the egg mixture, then coat them with fine breadcrumbs, pressing them well.
