Ingredients

  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 1PacketBrownies
  • 0.33CupOil
  • 4CupEspresso
  • 1CupChocolate Chips
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Ice cream caramel
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Salted Caramel
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)hazelnut praline
  • 1CupWhipping cream

Steps

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined.

    Add the brownies mix, oil, and espresso, then mix until smooth.

    Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly with a spatula.

    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    Once cooled, cut the brownies and place one piece at the bottom of a jar.

    Add a scoop of salted caramel ice cream on top of the brownie.

    Add salted caramel sauce over the ice cream.

    Sprinkle hazelnut praline.

    Add another brownie layer, then drizzle salted caramel sauce.

    Top with whipped cream, chocolate hearts, and a sprinkle of hazelnut praline.
