We season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

In a non-stick skillet, fry the salmon fillets in oil and butter on both sides for 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.

In the same pan, we add the garlic, lemon slices, and asparagus.

We take the salmon out of the pan and set it aside. We stir the ingredients until they wilt, then we add lemon juice, lemon zest, vinegar, and a little water.
