Mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, and flour in a cold saucepan until dissolved, then heat and add chocolate, stirring until thick like pudding.

Pour the pudding into cups and let it cool in the fridge.

Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites

نسلق البيض ثم نفصل الصفار عن البياض

Top the yolks with Kiri cheese, yogurt and hot sauce

نضع على الصفار الجبن الكيري واللبن والصوص الحار

Put in the spices, then add the red onion and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous

نضع البهارات ثم نضع البصل الاحمر ونخلطهم جيدا حتى تتجانس المكونات

Cut the egg whites into small pieces and then add them on top of the creamy egg yolk mixture and stir well.

نقطع بياض البيض الي قطع صغيرة ثم نضيفه فوق خليط صفار البيض الكريمي ونقلبهم جيدا

We toast the toast, then put lettuce and egg on it and garnish with dried parsley and red pepper.
