- 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1CupMilk
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5PinchNutmeg
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 2PinchThyme
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Basil
- 0.25To TasteMozzarella
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 2Psc.Rosemary

Place the cream over very low heat in a saucepan.

Add the milk to the cream and mix well.

Add the butter to the mixture and stir until completely melted.

Add the minced garlic and stir into the mixture.

Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, rosemary, thyme, and basil, and stir well to combine the flavors.

Pour a layer of the cream mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.

Arrange the potato slices evenly over the cream.

Repeat layers of cream and potatoes until all ingredients are used.

(Optional) Cover the dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture, and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Return the dish to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.

Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve garnished with fresh thyme.
