Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder

- 3ClovesGarlic
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 1Psc.Pitta Bread
- 1Psc.Pickles

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Place the chicken in a bowl with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp white vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, juice of 1 orange, 1 tbsp yogurt, and 1 tbsp red pepper molasses

Add 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, ginger, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 3 garlic cloves.

Add 1/2 tsp each of dried coriander, cumin, ground cardamom, galangal, and cinnamon.

Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 4 hours

For the garlic sauce: Mix 2 egg whites with the juice of 1/2 lemon, 3 garlic cloves, and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually add vegetable oil while mixing.

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes.

Continue frying until the chicken is fully cooked.

Place the Arabic bread on a flat surface, spread with the garlic sauce, add pickles or preserved vegetables, chicken slices, and a few drops of molasses.

Roll the bread and toast it in the same pan with the chicken fat
