Ingredients

- 200Grams (g) Ground meat

- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1PinchHot chilli powder

Prepare the dough by mixing 1.5 cups of flour with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and ½ teaspoon of salt

Knead well until the dough is firm, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling by mixing 200 grams of minced meat with a grated onion, adding salt and black pepper

Shape the mixture into small balls.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, then cut it into small squares.

Place a meatball in each square, then seal it using the traditional folding method shown in the video.

Arrange the manti pieces in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown

While the manti is baking, prepare the tomato sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan

Add 1 crushed garlic clove, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1½ cups of water, 1 tablespoon of chicken broth, salt, and black pepper.

Let the mixture simmer until it thickens

Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing ½ cup of yogurt with 1 crushed garlic clove and a pinch of salt.

Prepare the butter sauce by melting 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, then adding ½ teaspoon of paprika and a pinch of chili flakes (optional).

After taking the manti out of the oven, pour the tomato sauce over it, followed by the yogurt sauce, and finally drizzle with the butter-paprika sauce.
